That space leaves room for bigger pool projects. We resurface and retile existing pools, rebuild decks and drains, update equipment, repair leaks and build new gunite pools with spas and sun shelves. Estimates are free and on site, and the written estimate separates each part of the project so you can phase the work if you prefer. We also tell you what is not included, such as permitting and engineering when they are needed. Beyond building and renovating, we offer weekly cleaning and maintenance, so ask whether your street is on our weekly route.
What matters for pools in Davie
Larger lots, bigger backyards
With more yard to work with, owners in Davie often combine projects. A new finish, a new deck and a pergola can be priced as separate groups on one itemized estimate.
A mix of old and new homes
Some Davie neighborhoods were built decades ago and have aging pools. Others are newer gated communities. The question on every visit is the same: what condition is the shell, plumbing and equipment really in.
Less salt, still plenty of weather
Away from the ocean, salt is less of an issue. The sun, heavy summer rain and hurricane-season storms still wear on finishes, drains and decks.
HOA communities and town permitting
Davie's gated communities usually have architectural review. The application is the homeowner's, and we supply specs and drawings. Permits go through the Town of Davie's building department when required.
